Service Level Agreement Navy

Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO (SFN) has just published an internal communication article highlighting the signing of the ALS. This is a clear statement of the importance that SFN brings to the services it receives from the Agency. The signing of ALS was the culmination of the Demand Management (MD) efforts, which required a high level of coordination within the Agency. For the customer-focused unit, this is now the beginning of greater responsibility, while trying to create a level of service that meets the customer`s expectations. On 7 January 2015, NATO Naval and Support Headquarters (SFN) confirmed the agreement with the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI), in the presence of the NCI Agency, CSU Lisbon, LCDR Nelson Dos Santos Martins, Portuguese Navy, Deputy Commander of STRIKFORNATO, RADM Tim Lowe, Royal Navy, signed the Level Service Agreement (SLA). Through this JELA, all Ministry of Defense (DOD) organizations that sign up for the contract have access to Cisco Smart Net Total Care for all eligible Cisco branded devices. Other services include access to technical training, high-activity technical services and network consulting support. All DOD organizations have the right to register for this contract. In June 2019, the Defense Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) entered into a Joint Enterprise License Agreement (JELA) with Cisco for enterprise-wide technical support and services. If your DOD organization is registered in the JELA, you will find more information at: gs-pubtools.cisco.com/awiki/. The contract number DOD JELA is HC1084-19-D-0004. Because supply contracts are delivered to new participating organizations, Cisco assigns a unique smart net contract number to Total Care (SNTC) for use and access to support. SLA will ensure the continuity of IT support services for the SFN mission.
